Estimates only — FY2025-26 rates. Implements the standard residential brackets, FHB concessions, PPR/home concessions and foreign-purchaser surcharges as at FY26. Not modelled: off-the-plan duty concessions, pensioner concessions, ACT Home Buyer Concession Scheme (income-tested), WA regional FHB cap (uses Perth Metro/Peel thresholds), and other niche reliefs that may further reduce the duty payable. Registration fees are state Land Titles indicative figures and may differ by a few dollars. Eligibility for concessions depends on residency, prior property ownership, income and other factors.
